Mrs Cavanaugh Home Fashoioned Chocolates
15 December
Mrs. Cavanaugh's sent me a lovely package of their bars as well as one of their gift boxes. Mrs. Cavanaugh’s has a rich history in making chocolates that started out just making them for her family.
Our History
Time was when Marie Cavanaugh spent hours in her South Dakota farmhouse each Christmas season making pecan rolls and homemade chocolates for holiday gifting. “It started when my aunt sent her pecan-rolls recipe,” Mrs. Cavanaugh recalled. “I gave the recipe my own touch and started making the yummy specialties. Then I began dipping chocolates. Our friends and neighbors loved these treats, encouraging me to start a candy business. Finally, I decided it might be a good idea.’”
The last product that I received was an assorted box of chocolates. These make great gifts any time of the year. Simple to just purchase and ship right to the receiver. They offer many great boxes of chocolates to choose from and they all look delicious in every way!
They also sent me a couple of other bars, that I just can’t eat right at the second but I did take little bites of each. They are all amazing! You can check out all their bars here. All of the bars are perfectly priced at $1.25 each! Which is not bad at all for a great piece of candy!
So if you are looking for great little chocolate bars or gift sets full of home fashioned chocolate, head over to Mrs. Cavanaugh’s. I don’t feel you will be disappointed in which ever you choose.
Disclosure: I received product(s) for free in exchange for an honest review, which may differ from yours. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I used personally, and believe will be good for my readers.
