Collagen 1 & 3 are the main collagen types in connective tissue. Collagen
Type 2 is a significant part of your body's cartilage with naturally occurring
hyaluronic acid for joint cushioning and lubrication. Hyaluronic acid and
collagen are vital structural components of the skin. Chondroitin sulfate, also
naturally occurring, may provide anti-inflammatory support.

Collagen by youtheory comes in 3 different bottle sizes depending on the number of tablets it contains: 120, 160, or 390.
Suggested use is 3 tablets for twice a day, but I only do 2 tablets twice a day. Our body starts a decline in the collagen production after the age of 30. So, with me being over 30 was really anxious to try out the product.
I’ve been taking this for 1 1/2 weeks, and I have already noticed that pain in my joints has decreased which is a big plus. I suffer from carpel tunnel and working on the computer all day does not help it. I am really anxious to see how the product works for my hair and nails as I finish the product.
