Res-Q-Me was originally designed by Task Force Tips to be used by public safety officers, on duty and off. In fact, this inexpensive, lightweight keychain-size tool delivers performance comparable to many full-size extrication tools. With its integrated, stainless steel window punch and razor sharp cutter blade, the Res-Q-Me can quickly break out windows and slice through seat belts—allowing you, or someone you care about, to escape from an overturned, submerged, or otherwise disabled vehicle.
I received a bright pink ResQme for review. I keep a first-aid kit in my vehicle as you never know when you may need it or come upon a accident. With me on the road so much, I need a item like ResQme in my stock!
First, there is a hook to hang the tool from your keys. Perfect! The ResQme consist of 2 tools: The first is the razor blade that can cut through clothing and seatbelts. There is a black piece (which is the hook) that keeps the blade safe so you don't accidently cut yourself or anything.
The other tool is a glass breaker. You just press the end on the left to the glass and push. There are several videos on YouTube that will show this product in action.
