The pillows arrive in perfect shape. There are no rips or stains so they are just like new! I put the pillows in their shams and laid down for a test. These are extremely comfortable and was exactly what I had been in search of! They took those flat shams and made them come to life :)
That is what I love about Swanky Outlet, you can get designer products at outlet prices. I mean sure, they could be floor models but who cares? I would rather have a floor model that was never used at a great price then to buy a brand new one at a extremely high price. They also have a bargain bin that can get you ever better prices!
