22 DecemberWhat is a better way to teach children about the bible than with movies? Especially animated movies that will keep them intrigued. I know my kids like to learn about the bible but getting them to sit still for Sunday school or while reading is trouble. So, I am glad I had the chance to review 4 of the movies from Nest Learning:

Speechless. That's often how people found themselves when they came face-to-face with the astonishing wisdom of Jesus of Nazareth. From the learned rabbis in the temple whose jaws dropped open at the words of a 12-year-old Jesus, to the wilderness defeat of Satan who unsuccessfully tempted the Savior even after He had grown pale with hunger from a 40-day fast, this compelling and swiftly moving video takes you on a remarkable tour of Jesus' early years. Walk where Jesus walked and you, too, will find yourself speechless as you witness these remarkable episodes taken from the life of Jesus, The Son of God.
In His final days on earth, Jesus' disciples struggle to understand his mission. They are blinded by their expectations of the Messiah, thinking He would deliver them from Roman rule. Journey with the disciples as they witness Jesus cleansing the temple, triumphantly entering Jerusalem, and healing a lame man. After Jesus' resurrection the disciples finally understand! Jesus offers deliverance from the bondage of sin and death, giving hope of eternal life through His atonement.
