This is the Mood-lites in Passion. You can see from the picture it puts off a bright red glow.
It is a relaxing glow and would make a great mood lighting for a side table at Christmas!
Now, this is the Mood-lites in Renewal. This is a bright and I mean bright green. But don't get me wrong, this is a lovely color.
Mood-Lites colors: Tranquility (blue), Serenity (turquoise), Renewal (green), Happiness (yellow), Creativity (purple), Energy (orange), Passion (red), and the NEW Sassy (hot pink)!
I can see a five year old loving this as a birthday gift as much as a college graduate would love it to decorate a new apartment. (You could even use Mood-Lites in your bathroom to create super luxurious and relaxing bath times.) I am very pleased with Mood-Lites. Do Mood-Lites work? Even though I was dead tired last night, I put the green “Renewal” light on and I was able to then stay up later than previous nights. I’d say these are definitely worth a try, and are, indeed influential.
Mood-Lites target depression aka how to improve mood naturally: Kathryn Goetzke White is the woman who created Mood-Lites, and as a depression survivor she has also begun a non-profit organization for depression called iFred (the International Foundation for Research and Education on Depression – www.depression.org ). iFred works to encourage the research on the mental illness of depression whiel also making it a topic more acceptable to talk about. You can’t ignore depression. As someone who is also a depression survivor, I applaud her for finding something she cares about to do with her life and to help others. Sometimes with this disease you get caught up in your own little world and forget so many other’s are enduring the same sorts of things. I was surprised to read that The National World Health Organization says that the 2nd leading worldwide killer by 2020 will be depression. Again, you can’t ignore it. And that means that products to help your mood are more important than ever. You should treat your emotional well-being as carefully as you treat your physical well-being. Be careful with yourself, and be good to yourself.
