This is a very comfortable pen to write with and I have carpal tunnel in both wrist. Its is very smooth and flows easily over any paper. The only thing, which may be just me, is that the grip feels like a rubber worm used for fishing. Now, myself, I would prefer a grip made out of rubber or something more solid. Also, I did notice that the grip is easy to pull off by my son and he can easily chew on it. Other than that, I am happy with the way the pen writes and its comfortable feel.
