They come with four different ear gel and four different ear bud sizes and you can combine XS, S, M and L to ensure a snug fit. The Jabra Pulse lasts five hours per charge during our test. I love that the Jabra Pulse does a good job at drowning out noise but not to the point you couldn't hear a car. These are really the perfect headphones if you are just getting in to fitness or know a fitness buff.
