What is one thing kids want at Christmas? A Pet! But with pets come responsibilities. To get your kids started, there is a pet that doesn’t take a lot of time and upkeep and that is the Dino Pet from BioPop. Dino Pet is a living bioluminescent pet which is encased in a shell and stationary.
The Dino Pet comes with everything that you need to make your Dino Pet come to life.
The Dino Pet comes complete with the polycarbonate Dino Pet shell, care manual, and food. The Dino Pet food and dinoflagellates came packaged in an insulated sealed envelope for protection from the elements.
The shell is made from hard plastic which if dropped I am sure would crack. There is a screw top on the bottom that is secure and opens easily for feeding.
The Dino Pet is powered by bioluminescent plankton called dinoflagellates. Dino Pet just takes some indirect sunlight and at the end of the day, when it is dark, with just a little shake, it will give you a magical light show. Being it is a living creature, gently shake as not to harm the dinoflagellates. As for food, just feed them every 4-6 weeks with the provided pouch (which more can be ordered online). As for how long will he live, that depends on how much direct sunlight it receives.
