Crimson and Clover Cards offers holiday cards with an offbeat sense of humor that still say “I care”
15 November
What originally started out as text messages and sticky notes between creator, Rachel Khona and her partner, evolved into a collection of whimsical greeting cards. Whether it was in a carton of eggs, in the coffee maker basket, or on the bathroom mirror, Rachel got a kick out of leaving her partner love notes, but the notes weren't always so clean cut.
Pulling inspiration from the not so clean-cut love notes, Rachel decided to create her own card shop and crafted Crimson and Clover (named after the Jimmy Eat World song "A Praise Chorus"). Crimson and Clover Cards are designed for the inappropriate among us. For those who find those sappy sentiments unbearable, Crimson and Clover cards are the perfect solution.
First, the Crimson & Clover Cards are made from very sturdy card stock. Now, lets talk about design, hilarious! The card I received (above) is the perfect one for this holiday season. I think I am going to stick my husband a gift card in it and watch the look on his face.
They have other great cards as well:
So, head on over to Crimson & Clover's Etsy store and check out all the great cards she has to offer.
