It fits under my keyboard and has room for my mouse. This helps keep things in place so they don’t go sliding all over the place as it has an anti-skid backing. I love that it’s smooth, sturdy and black but has a low-glare satin black finish. It's easy to wipe off if you get something on it. It goes well in our office and is useful. It’s a large enough size to fit the important things. I also like that it protects your desk. Plus, the added bonus is the arm rest is a organizer. I can keep a few pens and paperclips for easy access.
