For me, I did not see a shimmer when I applied it but also the smell is not appealing to me. It has a slight flower scent but also to me a sour clothing smell. (My nose is weird)

Fake Bake makes great products and I have enjoyed all of them. BUT! This is not a product that I am fond of myself.
