There are designs on the package that you can do, or you can just make your own design. Which my kids like to create their own and be imaginative. It comes with a big baseboard and they put their other toys on there and play with that alone too. But the cool part is that once the blocks are wet, they will stick to the side of the tub or wall.

I like that the bag doubles as their storage. It's mesh so the toys can adequately dry and not get moldy, that's a really nice feature.  And also the toys are a solid material, so there's no cracks and crevices for water to get stuck in. They're also made from a bacteria and mildew resistant material. Contain no PVC or Phthalates.
