Turning the systems on are easy. Just push the power button and the unit comes on. It will run for 15 minutes then automatically turn off. I have cut my makeup routine in 1/2 because this thing is making my skin so fresh. I look glowing and fresh. Now with that being said, I can't say I see wrinkles disappearing after 5 days, but something very obvious is going on.
