What I found out is that the nicotine spray hasn't helped with my cravings, therefore sticking to the program was almost impossible for me. My mother, it has helped and she is doing a great job. The relaxation headset does work though. The sounds are very calming. I feel that even with this system, you must want to quit. Without that desire, there is no system out there that is going to help. Right now, stress is my biggest kicker against quitting.
