 So, I was sent 2 of the packets to review and received one of each flavor. Now, I have tried Slim fast before and they tasted good. Only problem was that within 30 minutes, I was hungry. They just did not keep me full. Now, with that being said, I tried the Vanilla Shake which has a way better taste. It kept me full and I wasn't hungry when lunch rolled around.
