PeachDish Shipping PeachDish is shipped two day priority mail, and is marked perishable.

Everything was packaged in a little insulted cooler “thing” which was inside the box.  I think there was an ice pack that separated the food from the meat.  The meat (in this case it was salmon/chicken) was inside of a sealed bubble envelope which also included an ice pack.  It was warm out when the package arrived and I have stupid delivery man. He left the package on the front porch in the heat! Everything was “cool”, but not at all chilly.  I was scared that the meat could possibly be bad, but I determined that no, it was probably fine.

I was in a hurry to get everything in the fridge, so I didn’t even think to take separate pictures of  all the items.  And then when hubby started making everything, I forgot all about it. But, we did remember to get a picture of the final meal:

For my first Peach Dish, my overall opinion was good. I think that the packaging and shipping were good. Next time I will make sure to have someone put in fridge before cooking right away. The ease of cooking this recipe made me definitely want to order it again. Having a full meal planned out start to finish was great.
