So many children have a hard time learning to sleep through the night by themselves and often end up in their parents bed or with a parent in their bed. I know this all too well because my younger two kids stay in the bed by themselves while my oldest, 9, sleeps with us. Well, for the first time in a long time, he stayed in his room because he knew Sebastian the Lion was watching over him.


They all read the story and actually took turns before Harley sleeping with Sebastian. My younger two are very protective of their big brother and want to make sure he is cared for. My daughter said Sebastian did a fine job helping keep the monster's away and knew he would do the same for big brother.


Finally, he is sleeping without one of us curled up next to him! This was him napping peacefully and I have to say, Sebastian is a miracle worker! He never leaves this little man's side :)
