Circle B Ranch provides a clean and 100% natural environment to breed, farrow and raise Heritage Berkshire/Kurabota Hogs for both restaurant and consumer consumption. We accomplish our mission by raising the hogs using sustainable and humane production methods that adhere to the Certified Humane Raised and Handled and Animal Welfare Approved standards of operation.

Since the animals are free-ranged on pasture they do what hogs do best – root and graze for the majority of their food. The hogs have freedom to graze on the lush pastures and roam the woods foraging for nuts and acorns. Naturally raised pork is rich in Omega 3 fat, Vitamin D and free from any additional hormones and antibiotics. Circle B Ranch adds to the animal’s diet natural corn-soybean based food with mineral and vitamin supplements. Since Circle B Ranch manages the process from pasture to plate you the customer will immediately taste the difference.

I had the wonderful opportunity to review several products from Circle B Ranch, and I must say, they are some of the best meat this little southern gal has eaten!


Marina's Tomato Sauce:
Nanna’s Old World Recipe. 24 ounces of Delicious Tomato Sauce. Delicious over pasta or pour it in a bowl and enjoy with some crispy Italian Bread. Add Marina’s Italian Style Meatballs for a guilt free dinner for your family. Marina’s Italian Style Tomato Sauce is made with simple ingredients. 

Let me say this, my husband was drinking it from the jar! He loved it and wishes he had more :) It smells just like homemade tomato sauce and taste just a great.

Marina's Cranberry Chutney:
Whole cranberries and oranges with a delicate touch of spices. Delicious with pork, chicken, turkey or cheese.

This was another taste test by hubby. I don't like cranberry's but he does. My husband said that the chutney had a little bit a kick from the cayenne and he definitely tasted the oranges.


Marina's Italian Style Meatballs:
Marina’s Italian Style Meatballs are a fully cooked product made with Circle B Ranch pork, Missouri Beef, Bread made in Springfield, MO from Breadsmith, Wisconsin Romano Cheese, eggs, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper. They are healthy and are a perfect for your family meals or entertaining options.

Let me say this, there is not a meatball left! My son loved them and adding the tomato sauce just made them even more delicious.


Hickory Smoked Bacon:
At Circle B Ranch we take our bacon seriously.  We start with Humanely raised and antibiotic free pork belly it is then Peppered, Smoked and Sliced.  The pepper bacon is moist with  pepper on the outside.  It is brown sugar cured and hickory smoked.   Delicious on BLT’s or enjoy it with your eggs or an elegant dinner party.

The bacon is gone! I repeat the bacon is gone! My whole family ate every last bit of the bacon. The hickory smoke was great!



Pork Tenderloin:
Delicious tender roast. The filet mignon of pork.  Grill it whole or slice into medallions for a delicious and special meal for your family.

I tried the Pork Tenderloin and from just frying it in the pan, it was delicious. Tender and juicy!
