The shakes come in the three flavors vanilla, chocolate and berry or strawberry, and all three taste great. BFast shakes are designed to give consumers an easy option for breakfast and are a great tasting and easy way to do so, but there are plenty of nutrients in each box, so the shakes can easily fit any diet and likely help people get in better shape when used alongside a healthy diet and regular exercise. No matter how you use BFast breakfast shakes, they're definitely a good option for people short on time or those that normally skip breakfast instead.

One of the first things you will notice when picking up a BFast breakfast shake is the package's design. The little cardboard box is roughly the size can of coke and features a tough, metal covering over the drink spout that is likely there to prevent spills or wasted products during shipping. Now, it is a little hard to open but it is worth the trouble once you taste this delicious drink. (Trust me)

 

Now, I have tried all 3 with the strawberry being my favorite. In my opinion, they mimic the flavor of a slim fast shake which I find appealing. But, this is going to be a staple in my household as it will make those late morning rushes to school a lot easier :)
