The taste is actually pretty good. I have tried slim fast shakes, which I know are pre-made, and hated the taste. But I love Extend Nutrition Shakes. The flavor is great and they are not thick. I can use water or skim milk to for a quick, healthy breakfast while taking the kids to school.
This is their shaker bottle for the shakes. I love how I can pour everything in this bottle and shake-n-go. Also, it is dishwasher safe which is a big plus for me.

I love the White Cheddar, it is great! Hard not to eat the whole bag at once. The ranch was a little tangy but they are just as great!
