This means that you can use and reuse them again and again and they will put nothing harmful into your food!

Our silicone lids are made entirely of FDA approved, high-grade silicone. They are non-reactive and can be used with hot or cold beverages without any worry of chemical leach. They are completely BPA and phthalate free. We recommend washing your new Ecojarz lid thoroughly with soap and water before use. A “Jar Band” is the metal ring which threads onto a glass jar and is necessary to attach an Ecojarz top. It works just like a canning jar lid.

The typical tea-drinker waste of countless bags, strings, and staples; not to mention those little individual foil packages, becomes unnecessary when you have a tea infuser! Fill it with your favorite loose-leaf teas, create your own herbal blends, and make delicious flavor infusions without any floaters in your drink!
Like the rest of our family of products, our stainless steel tea infusers feature an elegant and durable design that will provide years of reliable use with proper care. The 2″ x 2″ tea infuser basket is made of stainless steel mesh with a hinged top that opens fully for easy loading and cleaning. It is connected to a 6″ stainless steel chain with a hook that can be latched into the vent hole of our Ecojarz tops.
These can be washed and reused just as easily as anything out there. My only fear is that one of my destructive children will break this eventually which is why I use mine with a koozie to give it some padding.
