I would like to take you on a journey through Italy with our delicious Pasta Chips, an idea born in the hills of Tuscany at a small, authentic Osteria, where food comes alive with the passion associated with Italy. It was here I was served fresh pasta dough drizzled with olive oil, topped with a few salt crystals. Everything was gently baked. I was in LOVE. As soon as I tasted this unique chip, I wanted to share with each one of you. SO simple but so good! This was the perfect chip.
Pasta Chips are made with semolina flour and Italian herbs. We’ve married this Tuscan inspired chip with different seasonings based on regional Italian favorites, steeped in hundreds of years of Italian culture and living. I hope you enjoy Pasta Chips and the journey which brought it to life. I thoroughly enjoy creating innovative and interesting snacks. It’s my passion!
BUON APPETITO!

They offer five different flavors:
- Sea Salt: I love that they are oven baked and a bit salty. I like that they have a buttery/cheese taste but they were my mothers favorite.
- Alfredo: My favorite! I love the cheesy Alfredo taste. Very deliciously cheesy.
- Spicy Tomato Herb: Too spicy for me but hubby loved them
- Marinara: This is another one that I was very nervous to try because marinara sauce. This is a mild marinara taste. You can taste the tomatoes and spices but it's very mild.
- Garlic Olive Oil: They're a nice mixture of garlic and olive oil. Noticeable garlic taste.
The best part is that you can snack on them without feeling guilty because they are low in cholesterol, low in saturated fat, and only 120 calories per serving.
If you like oven baked flavorful chips, you'll love these. I'm addicted to the Alfredo ones.
