Precious Gem Candles offers an extra special surprise – a gemstone within every candle. We guarantee that every candle has a gemstone within it valued anywhere from $20-$5000! At least 1 candle in every 1,000 contains a 1/2 carat solitaire diamond! Your precious gem will be safely hidden inside of a glass vial buried in your candle. Treat yourself or a friend with the possibility of a ruby, topaz, emerald, amethyst, sapphire, peridot, diamond or some other beautiful gemstone. Look at what customers have found in their candles!
Precious Gem Soy Candles are made from an all-natural, clean-burning soy wax blend. We’ve been in the soy candle business for 14 years, and we use the highest quality soy wax we’ve found available to date. It burns clean and has a great scent throw. When burned correctly, there’s no soot with our specially engineered soy wicks and high-end soy wax. Soy wax is a non-toxic vegetable product. Soy Candles burn longer than paraffin wax candles, and your container can be easily cleaned with soap and warm water. You can feel confident burning these environmentally safe and friendly candles.
I am a candle nut! I love the way a candle can make a warm smell inviting and clean. So, being from the south and summer is right around the corner, I chose Honeysuckle which has hints of jasmine, lily, rose, clove and sweet citrus:
Each candle comes beautifully packaged in a tin-container labeled with the fragrance you chose and information about the candle. Inside you will find a elegantly curved glass candle, that you can smell from a mile away! No kidding, as soon as I opened the package it came it, I could immediately smell the candles! The cold scent on these candles is one of the best I have ever encountered in the Soy Candle Industry. The scent wafted through my house and lingered for hours after I stopped burning it. I am so ecstatic about my scent choice and I highly recommend giving this candle a try.
After burning for about 4 hours I could clearly see a foil package peeking through the wax. The directions on the candle say to let the candle melt down until you can see 1/2 inch of your foil covered vial, and then to peel back the foil and extract the gem from the vial without removing the whole vial from the candle. However, I was able to easily remove the whole vial all at once, so thats what I did.
Inside my vial was a small plastic bag and inside was the prettiest little purple stones ever! It was so exciting! Here is the information on my stone:
Rhodolite Garnet (Aprx value is $20-30)
Congratulations, you’ve just discovered a Rhodolite Garnet Gemstone!
Rhodolite is interesting not only for its chemical composition, but for its unique color. It is a red garnet, but very different from the familiar deep brownish-red of ordinary red garnet. Rhodolite’s name comes from the Greek rhodonmeaning rose, and its color ranges from rose red to raspberry red, purple-red and purple-pink.
Since garnet has a hardness of 7 to 7.5 on the Mohs Scale, and indistinct cleavage, it is a durable gemstone that is suitable for all kinds of jewelry. Rhodolite garnet has a high refractive index – in fact slightly higher than sapphire and ruby – so it it has excellent brilliance. Rhodolite is one of the more expensive garnets, falling between common red garnet and spessartite in price. But rhodolite, like other garnets, is always untreated.
Overall, I am extremely impressed with this company!! They have very high quality candles that smell amazing. And to add a cool incentive like finding a gemstone to the deal, pretty much makes it one of the best candles I have ever purchased!!
