Who wouldn’t want to get a GIANT box in the mail filled with yummy food?  I was that lucky!!!

I received a GIANT box of Newman’s Own Organics foods to taste and I was not disappointed.  Of course when I started reading the packages; I mean wheat-free dairy-free cookies, organic and natural licorice and wheat flour pretzels, wouldn’t you wonder a little bit??

These Oregon Tilth certified organic foods have been grown on farms that have not used artificial fertilizers or pesticides for three years or more. This is what I received in my lovely box from Newman's Own Organics:

Here goes nothing…. I went for what’s safe first, the Pretzel Rods!

DANG IT!!! They are delicious… these pretzels made of Organic unbleached wheat flour, organic rye flour, organic brown rice syrup, organic sunflower oil, organic barley malt. With all those organic ingredients there is no way I would’ve known anything was different had I not read the package, they are THAT good!  I am not surprised Newman’s Own Organics Pretzels are delicious since that is the first food they started with back in the day of starting up the company.

I got a bit braver after the pretzels moving onto the Orange Chocolate Chip Family Recipe Cookies made with organic flour and sugar.  Boy oh boy, were these yummy!!!  These cookies could not have more flavor, they are so good and hits that sweet spot.

On to the familiar looking cookies, Newman O’s, we tried the Wheat-Free, Dairy-Free Crème Filled Chocolate Cookies perfect for dunking in some milk!  I tried them without the milk first… yup… DELICIOUS!!Before I knew it we had eaten nearly half the package… oops :)

To top it all off I finished with a bit of candy… DRIED APRICOTS!  I have been hooked on dried fruit lately. I don’t eat candy or sweets very often but my son loves anything sweet.  We found dried fruits are sweet enough to eat as a snack here and there without all the crazy sugar, so we have had our fair share of brands.  I truly think these are among the BEST.   They are so soft and chewy but not sticky like some.
