There are several key ingredients in Tepamine HCL:

1. Norcoclaurine HCL, which is also known as Higenamine, is a highly effective beta-1 and beta-2 adrenergic agonist. Beta-1 means it boosts the heart rate and beta-2 means it induces Lipolysis, which is the process where fat is freed up and used for energy. Maybe best of all, Norcoclaurine HCL has also been shown to be safe and well tolerated. This powerful hydrochloride has been used in traditional medicine for hundreds of years and in Acute Toxicity of Higenamine, the test subjects were given high doses of Norcoclaurine HCL and no problems were reported.
2. Yohimbine, which is the active chemical found in yohimbe tree bark, has been shown to raise metabolism and increase blood circulation to cells by boosting noradrenaline. It also targets alpha-1 receptors and signals them to stop holding onto fat. Alpha-1 receptors are most commonly located in areas where fat is difficult to lose such as the belly and hips.
   In a 1991 study of 20 obese females, those receiving yohimbe daily lost three pounds more than a group receiving placebos. Yohimbe has also been used to improve sexual performance for generations. In a 1997 study, researchers said Yohimbine HCL improved sexual desire and satisfaction among those taking it.
3. Synephrine is an alkaloid extract of bitter orange peels. It is structurally similar to ephedrine and it also acts as an adrenergic (adrenaline-like) stimulant. Synephrine HCL speeds up your metabolism without making you feel “jittery” or “nervous” because it stimulates only beta-3 receptors and does not affect other receptor sites.
   In addition to burning fat, Synephrine HCL suppresses appetite and boosts energy.
