Basically, you take 2 burn pills in the morning then drink one shake. All day you eat a low calorie meals that they have lined up and take 2 cleanse pills in the evening. They state that if you follow the plan, which I do not see any call for exercise in the plan, you will lose 5-10 pounds.

I still have a few days left on the plan, but getting used to eating this way is killing me (lol)
I am used to not having to eat but about 2 times a day because of my busy schedule. I don't know if I have lost any weight yet, I refuse to get on the scale till the end.
