I love the comal! I have been using it to make my pancakes and eggs at breakfast. This actually heats up quicker than my skillet and clean-up is a breeze. This is going to be come my new cooking tool for breakfast. Next, I am gonna see how it does with my bacon and if it will make is "Sizzle" (LOL)
