Go from sheer coverage to full coverage in just 3 layers. I used the system as they stated. The color has a nice payoff but....the only thing I did not like was the tingle from applying. Now, after a few seconds that sensation went away and I was left with a really great color:  The color has not worn off with me smoking or drinking coffee.
