Candlewic has a really great variety of products that you can use to make your own candles in your home. I was sent the Bees Wax Sheets sampler kit to try out:


The kit came with 10 beeswax sheets in 5 different colors (red, clear, orange, blue, and green) and a bunch of wic that you can cut to fit however you desire. I couldn’t wait to get started, but I had never used beeswax sheets before. So, after reading up on their site, I decided to first try a pillar candle:


Ok, little curvy but not bad for my first time. Now, I decided to try it with the cookie cutter:


Yeah, I know it isn't perfect but my son helped so to me it is perfect!

So, if you’ve never made candles before and you’re looking to experiment, I suggest you start with the beeswax sheets. Watch the tutorial video first, and have lots of fun!
