I was recently invited to review a product from Vinyl Disorder, a great new decal shop specializing in die-cut vinyl decals. Previously, although I love the look of wall decals, I’ve shied away from purchasing them because I was worried about the application process. I don’t tend to be a very crafty person, I love the look vinyl decals give to a room. They turn any room into masterpiece.

Great thing about Vinyl Disorder, they can take a photo you give them and turn it into wall art. This is perfect for me, being I have issues with kids or cats knocking the pictures off the wall. Which is a waste of money and danger.


This is my wall before applying the sticker. We did wipe down the wall and let it dry before applying just to make sure there was no dust or dirt on the wall.


Applying the sticker is simple. You peel off the backing and carefully place it on the wall. You have to be careful, better for it to be done by two people, so that you don't stick the sticker to itself. Just lay it on the wall, and using a card or ruler, work out the air bubbles.


Once you work out the air bubbles, start at the top pulling the white paper off. Note---be careful and go slow because you can pull the sticker away from the wall which can mess it up.

Stickers by Vinyl Disorder are a great way to jazz up any walls. And the best thing, they can be removed without messing up the paint!
