Mino so you don't outrun your shoes

Mino for runners

Wouldn’t it be great if running shoes show you
when they are worn out

I recently discovered this great device called Mino.  This one little item that you slip under the pad in your shoe takes care of the tracking miles for you.  All you do is put one in the heel of your shoe under the sock liner.  They are clearly marked which way to face them when inserting them, put the sock liner back down and you are ready to run or walk .  You can check your mileage at any time by pulling the sock liner back up and pushing the button, the lights will light up to give you an indication as to whether you are getting close and need to replace your shoes.

You can see that the Mino is really thin and you wont notice that you have them in your shoes. All you have to do is once a month, pull up the insole to see if the red light is on. These are the perfect thing to buy that fitness junkie in the family. Who doesn't hate to walk in a pair of shoes that are worn out or well past their prime? They are very inexpensive at just $15.00

You can buy them online from their site, or at your local running store. Check them out on these social media channels:
