Energems is a trendy new product that combines some of my favorite things - milk chocolate, caffeine, and B vitamins. They also contain a proprietary energy mix. You may have noticed these in the "First for Women" magazine, in your Amazon recommendations, or at a shop near you. These trendy little 15 calorie treats are an awesome source of energy that I have begun to look forward to every afternoon.  Just 3 of these little Energems is equivalent to the energy that you can get from an energy drink. I keep them in my desk drawer and enjoy a few of them around 2pm when my energy level starts to drop.  They are a great pick-me-up to help me to stay alert and focused for the rest of my work day! I love the energy boost and my ability to focus and concentrate.

Energems come in three fantastic flavors: Mint Fusion, Chocolate Charge, and Peanut Butter Blast. All three varieties include a creamy chocolate with a hard candy coated shell. It's amazing how potent these little treats are - just 3 pieces will give you as much energy as an energy drink. You can have one of each flavor or three of the same flavor. They do give you a burst of energy, but does not seem to be more than what my energy drink can. Also, the tablets are about 3 times the size of a M&M and I would like them to be more of a tic-tac size. Overall, if you don't like energy drinks, then try Energems! They really do work!
