What I received was the Vanish Cream and Alpine Polish, these products together are amazing.

The Alpine Polish is to gently exfoliate the affected area prior to applying the healing cream. (Which is the first step in all their products) It has a flower scent that makes me think of roses and the scrub itself is gritty. Which to me is good as a lot of polishers usually don't have a good grainy feel to them so you know they are working.
