Mama Francesca Premium Cheese Review

I had a package arrive from UPS today and was not sure what was inside. Boy was I happy when I found out it contained Mama Francesca Parmesan Cheese. I had seen this on the shelves of my store as a new item, and I was curious how my son would like them. So I contact the company about doing a review, and they sent me a box that is sure to please!
Mama Francesca believed that meals are about more than just sustenance.They are an experience and an emotion. Why put it into words, when it can be said much more eloquently with basil, tomatoes, or Parmesan? That’s why we choose cheeses aged for the right amount of richness and flavor, and pursue the perfect blends of cheese and spice.
The Audace is Parmesan & Romano. The taste of freshly grated parmesan with tasty sharp Romano. I loved this on my spaghetti!
The Terzetto is a blend of Parmesan, Asiago & Romano. This is the perfect blend and one of the most used in my household. We use it on lasagna and meatballs to give them that true Italian taste.
This is Fiero and is the perfect blend for Parmesan & Red Pepper. This is my hubbys favorite as he likes things with a kick.
This is the Perfetto which is Classic Parmesan. I have never had a more authentic taste in my mouth till I tried this. Even our local Italian restaurant could not come this close!
The last one they sent me was the Aromatico which is Parmesan, Basil & Oregano. Aged Parmesan with enough basil to sweeten and a touch of oregano for complexity.
This is sure to be a staple in our house for years to come! Thank you to the people over at Mama Francesca for allowing me to do this review and for the cool shirts and aprons.
